The retreat was an amazing experience. Although I'm italian, I discovered awesome places, I ate delicious local food that I had never tried before. Even if I'm a beginner, I loved the Yoga Lessons and by the end of the week I was abel to do inversions even in aerial yoga. I found all the staff very professional. I will recommend this retreat to anyone. Such a special vacation!

The Y&P for foodies retreat was fabulous. For me practicing yoga in unique ancient places was the highlight of the retreat. I even got to try aerial yoga outdoor, right by the seaside. The food was superb, authentic, carefully selected and super local. If this were not enough, we also made home made pasta and the traditional tomato "conserva" guided by amazing local people and by their passion for their jobs and traditions.

Hard to describe in a short message the delightful experience we had at Yoga & Pomodori. The yogis we met were lovely and patient with us. The locations chosen for the yoga lessons were so inspiring!. This unique experience was supported by a wide variety of excursions, which gave us an opportunity to discover the extremely friendly and proud people of this hidden Italian gem that is Abruzzo. We could feel the PASSION that persons can still put in their job and their life: a passion found in the farmers we met, the chefs we had the pleasure to dine with, the exceptional wine producers we visited, the young and skilled archeologists that supported our visits, or the 'bike explorers' that, thanks to a mountain-bike with a little trick (an electrical engine support) made me finally ride again after too many years... Every single moment at the retreat venue and in the region has been an unforgettable gift, shared with special persons. We have nothing more than saying thank you, thank you to everybody but more than all to Fiorella, the real 'mastermind' behind this all. Such a very special person she is! If everything was perfect, every moment so unique, every person so exquisite, this all was by far thanks to that brilliant mind and special soul... Once more thank you Fiorella: you made of our holiday an unforgettable experience!
